We are pleased to announce that our MCA Department will be hosting the State-Level Technical Symposium, "VYUHAM 2K24," on 18th October 2024. This event aims to provide an excellent platform for undergraduate students from various academic institutions to exchange ideas, explore innovative concepts, and enhance their knowledge. We look forward to your participation and contribution to making this symposium a grand success!
Events Schedule
Please ensure to carefully read the instructions for each event!
Instruction
- A team must have only two participants.
- Both preliminary and final rounds will be conducted offline.
- The question will cover a wide range of topics in computer science and technology.
- All participants must follow the rules & guidelines.
- If any malpractice are there, that team will be disqualified.
- Judges decision will be the final.
Venue : MCA Class Room
Instruction
Topics :
- Each team can have two members.
- A soft copy of the abstract and the PowerPoint presentation (PPT) to be submitted on or before October 15, 2024, to the email:- symposiumvyuham@gmail.com.
- The abstract should not exceed one page.
- The PowerPoint presentation should be limited to a maximum of 10 slides.
- Participants must bring a soft copy of their presentation in pendrive.
- Each presenter will have 5 to 7 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
- The PowerPoint slides must be white background with black font.
- Judges decision will be the final.

Instruction
- In this event Single participant is allowed.
- You are not allowed to display the output using simple print statements (e.g., System.out.println). The output must be displayed according to the specified instructions provided during the event.
- The programs will be based on JAVA. Each program will contain errors, and your goal is to identify and fix those errors.
- Internet access will not be provided, and the use of mobile phones or any other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the event.
- Any participant found using unfair means, such as cheating or attempting to bypass the rules, will be immediately disqualified from the event. Please maintain the integrity of the competition.
- Judges decision will be the final.
Venue : MCA Lab
Instruction
- Each team is allowed to have two members.
- In the first round, 15 pictures will be shown to the participants with 15 seconds given to guess the answer for each question.
- Priority will be given to those who raise their hands first to answer.
- If the answer is incorrect, the chance will be given to the next team.
- Participants with the highest score will be selected for the next round.
- Finally, the judges will determine the winners.

Instruction
- Each team is allowed to have two members.
- Participants can search for the treasure together with their team members.
- The questions will be presented in the form of riddles to lead you to find the treasures.
- Participants who find the treasures first will be the winner.
- Judges decision will be the final.

Instruction
- The time duration for the individual and group dance is 5 minutes.
- Boys and girls are not allowed to perform together.
- Maximum five members are allowed to participate in the group dance.
- The time duration for singing is between three or four minutes.
- Participations are responsible for providing their own dance audio and karaoke for singing
- You can also showcase your special talents such as (Stand-up Comedy, Mimicry, Mime and etc.,)
- Dress code should be formal.
- Judges decision will be the final.

Note! A participant may only participate in one technical event; however, they can enter both technical and non-technical events. Please provide your team name clearly, which must remain the same, when registering yourself and your teammates on the form. If a participant attempts to register for more than one event in the same category (technical or non-technical), their registration will be rejected. Each member of a participating team is required to pay a registration fee of ₹150 (per head). Please ensure that all team members complete their individual payments to confirm their participation in the event.
